I wanted to share this information concerning a wonderful music program, especially if we have any music-loving mommas out there who would like to see a concert on Mother’s Day!

I recommend attending as many as you can as early as possible—they are usually cancelled later in the summer when the heat kicks in to high gear.

Dear Parents,
Thank you so much for the wonderful breakfast this morning. I attached some pictures–but we had even more food dropped off and delivered afterwards, so the tables were packed with yummy goodies!
I also wanted to wish all of our Marimont moms/mommies/mamas a very special and happy Mother’s Day! Your child should bring home a special gift for you today (it may have also gone home yesterday).

The children had a wonderful time decorating the Cat-in-the-Hat hats, patterning with bananas and strawberries, and making green “eggs and ham” with pretzels, bananas, and chocolate!

The cocoa rounds I thought would be perfect for our fake green eggs and ham treat are unpalatable for younger friends. I will just sub the white chocolate for a slice of banana.
The children will make their Dr. Seuss hats, enjoy a Dr. Seuss story, and also make a tomato and cheese treat.
I can’t wait to post pictures of tomorrow’s little party!
