Hello, Parents!
The children had a wonderful time decorating the Cat-in-the-Hat hats, patterning with bananas and strawberries, and making green “eggs and ham” with pretzels, bananas, and chocolate!

The cocoa rounds I thought would be perfect for our fake green eggs and ham treat are unpalatable for younger friends. I will just sub the white chocolate for a slice of banana.
The children will make their Dr. Seuss hats, enjoy a Dr. Seuss story, and also make a tomato and cheese treat.
I can’t wait to post pictures of tomorrow’s little party!
Continue readingThank you so much for your kindness and support! You helped raise $2,240 at the art shows! Thank you, again, for your tremendous support and kindness. I am so excited to send our teachers to the training in October!!
Our images are not uploading at the moment, but I will post pictures this afternoon! Have a great Friday.

Just a reminder:
Luminous Kids on 4.23
Vibrant Vipers on 4.24
Spontaneous Sealions on 5.25
All art shows will run from 5:30-6:00 and fancy dress is encouraged (but we understand some friends will be headed to sports practices!). The teachers are preparing the art boards and the collection of work that the children have completed this year is lovely.
The food truck option didn’t pan this year, but we will have several homemade treats for sale, including vegan options.
We are raising money for the teachers to attend a two-day training focusing on children with developmental differences and delays. This immersive training will be in New Ulm in October and will be led by a wonderful and experienced group of professionals. Our goal is $3,000–which I don’t anticipate to raise entirely at the art show, but over a few different fund raisers 🙂
