If you send your child to school in nice outfits, please bring a set of play-appropriate/comfortable clothes. We can help them change after their picture is taken.

Reminders for next week:
Book Fair in the front classroom all week long during drop-off and pick-up hours! Ms. Adriane will have some books you can buy and take home and other books to order.
Picture Day on Tuesday, October 17th. Teddy Bear Portraits uses green screen technology, so please avoid green in your child’s clothing. Instructions describing how to access and order your child’s portrait will be sent home on their Parent Participation Form. The teachers will place these forms in your child’s lunchbox that afternoon.

Continue readingThe older children set up their worm composter this morning by layering sand and moist dirt in a mason jar. They added spinach leaves and raspberries to the top and handful of worms! We’ll see how the earthworms work on Friday, when we have a worm release party in the garden. For now, we’re covering the jar and placing it in the closet.
