The older children set up their worm composter this morning by layering sand and moist dirt in a mason jar. They added spinach leaves and raspberries to the top and handful of worms! We’ll see how the earthworms work on Friday, when we have a worm release party in the garden. For now, we’re covering the jar and placing it in the closet.
