The Knight School chess trial class is Monday, 4.24!

Hello, dear Parents,

On Monday, April 24th, we will host a Knight School chess trial class. This trial is free and open to all 4 and 5-year-old students.

I’ll have all eligible children organized to enjoy a 15-minute trial with their peers. Please let me know if you do not want your child to attend the trial class.

I’ve attached a flier and more information if you would like to contact Sal, the coach, for greater details!

Thank you so much,

Rachel

Dear Parents,

Our art shows are April 25th, April 26th, and April 27th from 5:30-6:00 p.m.

Ms. Adriana’s class/Luminous Kids: Wednesday, April 26th

Ms. Gabi’s class/Vibrant Vipers: Thursday, April 27th

These are quick, wonderful events where the children in each class are able to display all the lovely art projects that they have been crafting all year! There will be small snacks and juice boxes provided. Come dressed-up and prepared to enjoy and to admire the classroom’s hard work.

The art show is also a fundraiser for Marimont. This year, all the proceeds we collect will go towards purchasing more glass golden bead thousand cubes and other bead material!

Thank you for all your support!

Baby squirrel this morning!

Hello, all! This little guy was very scared this morning and hanging out around the sign-in box. I don’t know if he’ll be in the same spot when the school opens, but if you could challenge your children to keep their eyes open to look for him and to walk and speak quietly if they see him. Of course, we won’t chase him!

A beautiful Tuesday

We hope you are all enjoying this amazing weather!

The children are learning about the stages of metamorphosis in butterflies by observing a cup of caterpillars. They were excited to find their caterpillars hanging upside down in the j-shape yesterday.

The egg hunt!

Just in case it rained all day tomorrow, we held our egg hunt today! It was amazing to see the children practicing such cooperation and self-control to pick up only their own eggs and also to help their friends who were unable to locate their eggs. The exciting opportunity to race around the playground and find a hidden treasure also gave everyone a chance to stretch their legs and enjoy this amazing weather!
