Hello, dear Parents,
The weather on Thursday does not look favorable for outdoor activity. We’re preparing the eggs early this year so we can be ready to grab at any moment presented to us for the hunt!
During the egg hunt, the children look all around the playground for one special egg that has their name on it. They know not to touch any egg but that special one. It takes a lot of self-control! If a friend feels frustrated because they cannot find their egg, a group of friends will usually join together to help their classmate on the quest for the egg! I have found that the MMS egg hunt fosters cooperation, self-control, and joy rather than competition and frustration.
