If so, we will gladly take them! The older children will use the newspapers for our first game week that will take place during next week’s afternoon circle. I’ll post the games so you can play at home, too!

This week, our younger friends are reading Elmer the Elephant and creating their own elephant art with sponge-brushes (made with sponges and clothespins to allow a firm grasp for creating art with inspiration and lots of paint!).

The older group will read and review We, the Kids. They will then create and vote on their own classroom constitution. On Friday, they will sign it. If you make or have a constitution for your home, we would love for your child to bring it in to share!
