Dear Parents,

In place of gifts, we exchange books with one another just before the holidays. Today, your child chose a special friend in class to bring a book to on Friday, December 13th. They will bring a home a note with their friend’s name and age.

Please make sure that the books are wrapped (your children can definitely help with this part 😉 ). The books should be in excellent condition and free from any language that we wouldn’t use here at Marimont. If you have any questions, please let me know! The teachers and I can help you and your child find out what their friend might like.

At the end of the exchange, the children all unwrap their books and exchange thanksgiving for the new addition to their home library!
