What a fun day! Thank you, Parents, for all the creative kangaroos, koalas, bilbys, opposums, and sugar gliders that came to school today 😊

See all your kiddos with their pouches 😊

If there are severe thunderstorms during drop-off tomorrow (between 7-8:30 a.m.), I can greet you at the front door. We will all stay in the front buildings in that scenario.

On Friday, your child is invited to dress up as a marsupial! We’ve reviewed kangaroos, wombats, little red kalutas, Quolls, koalas, bilbies, Tasmanian devils, as well as monotremes like echidnas and platypuses.
To dress up, the children can wear a hoodie or shirt with a pocket or pouch. They should tuck a marsupial baby in the pouch/pocket. You don’t have to go to a store and buy a toy. Paper and cardboard are fine! The important thing is that the animal they bring is actually a marsupial (or monotreme). Please let me know if you have any questions at all!

Dear Parents,
Our sound studies will start tomorrow. If you play an instrument and are able to come in for a demonstration, please let me know.
Thank you so much!

Stay warm! I hope you have a nice, busy, active weekend before the cold front on Monday ❄️
