Every semester, I choose books for the staff to read. Many are Montessori’s works; others address general education, philosophy, and psychology. In the spring semester, the leads are reading Mindset by Dweck. All of us will read Toxic Childhood by Sue Palmer. The leads and I meet once a week to discuss the reading. We will discuss Toxic Childhood once a month at our staff meetings. If you would like a parent group to discuss either book, let me know! I would love to meet with you all!
