The children had a wonderful time visiting with the Zoo Man today! They were able to meet our loyal friends, the blue-tongued skinks, a young monkey, a cockatoo, a python and a baby coatimundi!

We may have a special visitor at our school tomorrow! Mum is the word–sometimes he cannot make the trip due to an animal emergency at his Capital of Texas Zoo. Be on the look out for cute pictures tomorrow if he is able to make the date!

I sent out an email today about ensuring your child wears sneakers with Velcro straps to school (watch out for Stride Rite’s water sandals. They look comfortable, but the holes in the side let pea gravel into the shoe!). Please let me know if you did not receive the email.
