Hello Parents!

Even though we actually do not have anything listed on our school supply list this year, Discount School Supply has created a great list of their materials that complement a Montessori classroom. Parents often ask what supplies they can bring in to help support the school and this list is fantastic!

Some of the items listed are ridiculously expensive and we are not requesting those! I love a good mud table; our extremely handy Mr. James, however, can build a solid table for our back patio much cheaper than the (almost) $400 they are asking for 😉

Messy Art Day involved paint and grapes! It’s nearly impossible to paint with a grape unless you use your pencil grip 😉

Hello Parents!

If you could please spray your child with mosquito repellent at home in the morning, that would help make sure everyone receives their protection from mosquitos! We also have baskets with spray available on the table near the playground if you need to use the spray at school.

We are enjoying the unusual summer rain storms. Instead of our usual outside Messy Art day, we made kool-aid play dough inside!

There is a pomegranate tree at the end of the staff parking area (close to where Mr. James parks). Please feel free to help yourself to the fruit as it ripens!
