Dia de Los Muertos Celebration tomorrow!

Dear Parents,

Please dress your children in bright, happy clothing for our parade…I hope they bring their appetite to school, too 🙂 We have a few superb Mexican dishes headed our way to help supplement our lunch. If your child doesn’t eat all their lunch on Thursday, they were enjoying delicious food and treats to celebrate this special day!

Pajama Day!

Hello Parents!

At Marimont, we all dress in pajamas and sneakers for Halloween. Please allow your child to dress in their pajamas (no superheroes, please) and sneakers on Monday, October 31st.

Have a great day!

Cold front?!

Poor meteorologists. Texas is a tough state to predict weather in. The day looks gorgeous (so far!)–and we’re having fun!

Upcoming events

Hello Parents!
I wanted to give you all a rundown of our upcoming events just through the first week of November. This time of year can always be so busy!
1. Hearing and Vision Test on October 26th. If you haven’t filled out a form yet, but need one, please let me know!
2. Dia de los Muertos Party on October 27th. We are still looking for parents who can help make yummy Mexican food for the party!
3. Pajama Day on October 31st! Please dress your child in their regular sneakers and pajamas (that don’t have superheroes on them, please!).
4. Nurse or doctor parent volunteer needed for November 7th. We are going to study hearing and sound in November. It would be great if a parent who worked in the medical field could come and talk to us about listening and paying attention as well as the things they use in their profession to help them actually hear better!
5. Book fair from November 8th to the 9th.
Thank you all for your help and support with all the events around our school!
