We had a great day working on lessons and an intriguing afternoon discovering parts of the seed!

Dear Parents,

Cool Panda Chinese class starts this Thursday! This class is a full-immersion program and  is totally awesome. The children learn through puppet plays, songs and dramatic reading. Ms. Siu Gi is wonderful!

The class schedule is every Thursday 2:00-2:45pm from Sept. 8 to Dec. 15.  It is $65 / student.

Dear Parents,

We will be closed in observance of Labor Day tomorrow. Have a great holiday!

The children had an awesome time making their glitter calming bottles for home! Thank you, parents, for all your support and very generous donations!

Whenever your child is feeling upset or frustrated, encourage them to shake their glitter bottle and just watch it as the glitter settles. Practice breathing in and out (4 counts each) and getting oxygen to the brain!

Your child will definitely know this song by the end of this month! Welcome to Marimont, Grieg!

Our artist of the month is da Vinci. We learned a little about his life last month. We will continue to study him throughout the curriculum this semester.

It can be hard to learn if you need to meet your basic need for sleep! I know this little guy has been awake since about 4:15 at my house! 😉
